Debbie Donaldson is associate publisher of In Business Las Vegas, Greenspun Media Group's weekly business publication. As associate publisher, Debbie oversees the day to day operations of In Business Las Vegas from editorial to advertising to events.

With more than 20 years of publishing and management experience, Debbie brings a wealth of expertise to Greenspun Media Group. Prior to moving to Las Vegas seven years ago, she served as vice president of marketing and sales for The Personal Marketing Company, an Inc. 500 custom publishing company in Kansas City, KS.

Debbie is involved in various chamber, marketing and industry specific associations in Las Vegas including the Las Vegas Chamber, North Las Vegas Chamber, Southern Nevada Human Resources Association and Technology Business Alliance Network. She is also past president of the American Marketing Association Las Vegas and currently serves as vice president of the American Advertising Federation Las Vegas.

Patti Gerace brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to AAF's Las Vegas Chapter. Not only has she served as the chapter's former President and ADDY Chair from 2002-2004, but she has also been both a District 15 Board Member and Treasurer.

Aside from all of her volunteer efforts, Patti's professional resume is equally impressive. Her 25 years in media and marketing, including agency, in-house and hotel experience have led her to her current position as Marketing Director of Walker Furniture.

Patti regards AAF as an important part of the media community, responsible for bringing information and education to the members about the advertising industry. She feels that "it's important to continue that effort by rebuilding the chapter, and in turn, earning back the respect of the media community." Her other main goal is to increase membership. She plans to accomplish this by "providing excellent member programs and providing a form that not only interests members, but also gives them the information they require to continue to bring an excellent product to the Las Vegas community."

SUKEN SHAH

Suken Shah currently works as the Director of Online Marketing at Zen Gaming; his areas of expertise include Strategic Marketing Planning, Online Analytics, and Social Media.

In 2005, Suken won a national Adoption Excellence Award from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for his work with the A Welcome Home Program.

In Suken's tenure as the President-elect for the American Advertising Federation Las Vegas, he has helped with the ADDY Awards and several other related projects.

Suken was a Professor at UNLV teaching Internet Marketing for the College of Business, Marketing department.

AMANDA ROBERTS
ABC/KTNV Channel 13

Amanda Roberts is an Account Executive at ABC/KTNV Channel 13. She specializes in customizing advertising campaigns around client's needs to reach their target markets. As an Interactive Specialist, she was responsible for launching Action News Discounts for Channel 13.

Amanda's experience also includes three years at the Las Vegas Review Journal as a National & Local Account Executive. She was responsible for local and national account reviews and visiting Advertising Agencies across the nation.

Amanda is involved in various chambers, including the Las Vegas Chamber, Henderson Chamber, & Las Vegas Young Professionals. She also enjoys donating her time with Opportunity Village, food drives, Coats for Kids, and Sierra Club Events. She is a member of NPR as well as the Volunteer Center of Southern Nevada.

Amanda enjoys getting involved in the community and working with people. She became involved and helped during the 2009 ADDY's Awards. She is looking forward to the opportunity and honor to serve as the Secretary for the American Advertising Federation Las Vegas.

JESSICA SAYLES
Houldsworth, Russo & Company

Jessica Sayles is an auditor and CPA candidate for Houldsworth, Russo & Company, a progressive entrepreneurial accounting firm that provides accounting and consulting services to clients. She has two years of experience performing audits, bookkeeping and tax preparation for for-profit and not-for-profit clients.

Jessica graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree in 2005 and a Master of Science in Accounting degree in 2007. Jessica represents her firm as an advocate for students in Beta Alpha Psi, an Accounting honorary organization at UNLV. She is also involved in the Hawaiian cultural community as a hula dancer for several groups in the Las Vegas area.

JIM VILLELA

Jim Villela enthusiastically steps up to his new position as Membership Chair. It will be Jim's responsibility to recruit members; a task in which his background in sales will come in very handy. Jim has nine years of experience in outdoor advertising sales for Lamar Outdoor. He has also worked at two local TV stations and one local ad agency.

A previous AAF member in the late 90's, Jim looks forward to returning to the organization and "rebuilding a reinvigorated, engaging and dynamic AAF Chapter in one of the most exciting cities in the world!"

Jim's love for both Las Vegas and for advertising is evident, as he states, "we can have one of the best chapters in the country with all the resources and growth we have in Las Vegas!"

JAIME KONZELMAN

Jaime Konzelman is currently a Managing Director at Posterscope USA, part of the Posterscope Worldwide network, the largest buyer of outdoor space in the world. Charged with integrating Posterscope into the Las Vegas advertising and media communities, Ms. Konzelman leads business development initiatives as well manages the OOH media planning buying process.

Ms. Konzelman has ten years of experience in business development, communications and marketing spanning both agency and client side roles. Previously an Account Manager with OOH agency Vector Media, her responsibilities included developing strategic alliances with clients and executing both OOH and experiential marketing programs. Having also worked at the Luxor Hotel and Casino and marketing agency ValetNoir with clients like Harrah's Entertainment, Norwegian Cruise Lines and the Venetian Resort Casino, Ms. Konzelman processes an organic working knowledge of the gaming industry.

Her personal adventures include commitments to family, fitness and travel.

Jeff Helvin brings 10 years of Internet experience, backed by a team of professionals within his organization. Previously serving on the board of another Las Vegas organization, Jeff was able to help establish a more professional image, assist in raising awareness about the organization on a local and national level, increased website visitor traffic by more than 300%, as well as assist in increasing membership and luncheon attendence.

As VP of Technology, Jeff hopes to dramatically increase the presence of the Las Vegas Chapter of the American Advertising Federation both online and offline. By enhancing the information provided to the community, as well as raising awareness of events and membership by establishing consistent communication via email and blogs, Jeff hopes to assist in doubling the current membership and strenthening the AAF Las Vegas community.
