Jaime Konzelman has ten years experience in advertising, business development and marketing spanning both agency and client side roles. Currently an Account Manager at Acxiom (ACXM:NASDAQ), a global interactive marketing services firm, Ms. Konzelman works with Acxiom's travel and entertainment clients across digital, direct and mobile marketing channels.
Formerly a Managing Director at Posterscope USA, an Aegis Media agency (AGS:LSE), where she lead business development initiatives as well managed the out-of-home media planning buying process. Having also worked at the Luxor Hotel and Casinos(MGM:NYSE) and marketing agency ValetNoir with clients like Harrah's Entertainment, Norwegian Cruise Lines and the Venetian Resort Casino, Ms. Konzelman possess intricate working knowledge of multi-channel marketing in the hospitality sector.
Her personal adventures include commitments to family, fitness and travel.

Debbie Donaldson is associate publisher of In Business Las Vegas, Greenspun Media Group's weekly business publication. As associate publisher, Debbie oversees the day to day operations of In Business Las Vegas from editorial to advertising to events.
With more than 20 years of publishing and management experience, Debbie brings a wealth of expertise to Greenspun Media Group. Prior to moving to Las Vegas seven years ago, she served as vice president of marketing and sales for The Personal Marketing Company, an Inc. 500 custom publishing company in Kansas City, KS.
Debbie is involved in various chamber, marketing and industry specific associations in Las Vegas including the Las Vegas Chamber, North Las Vegas Chamber, Southern Nevada Human Resources Association and Technology Business Alliance Network. She is also past president of the American Marketing Association Las Vegas and currently serves as vice president of the American Advertising Federation Las Vegas.

Andres Estrada is a marketing and sales executive who specializes in helping provide businesses and organizations with cost effective, outdoor advertising, as a Senior Account Executive with Outdoor Promotions, LLC. Having worked in the medical field, first in a surgical pathology laboratory as a Pathologist Assistant for 3 years, followed by 5 years in pharmaceutical sales as a Nationally Certified Technician, he knows the importance of developing business relationships and providing high-quality customer service with great attention to detail. Andres’ work in Las Vegas Metro has allowed him to contribute to the community, while serving as a leader in his industry. Initially tailoring his labors towards the ever-growing Hispanic market, he has most recently shifted his efforts toward working with the Las Vegas resort and tourist properties.

Jim Villela enthusiastically steps up to his new position as Membership Chair. It will be Jim's responsibility to recruit members; a task in which his background in sales will come in very handy. Jim has nine years of experience in outdoor advertising sales for Lamar Outdoor. He has also worked at two local TV stations and one local ad agency.
A previous AAF member in the late 90's, Jim looks forward to returning to the organization and "rebuilding a reinvigorated, engaging and dynamic AAF Chapter in one of the most exciting cities in the world!"
Jim's love for both Las Vegas and for advertising is evident, as he states, "we can have one of the best chapters in the country with all the resources and growth we have in Las Vegas!"
AMANDA WAIER - Treasurer
Amanda Waier is currently a student at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and is pursuing her Master's of Science in Accounting, which she will finish in May 2011. She has already passed the Certified Management Accountant exam and hopes to complete the Certified Public Accountant exams by the time she obtains her degree. Upon completion of her degree, Amanda will go to work as a staff accountant for Deloitte & Touche here in Las Vegas.
Prior to moving to Las Vegas in 2009, Amanda worked in the grocery industry; first in retail store management and then in the I.T. department at a grocery wholesaler. In her free time, Amanda enjoys boating, hiking, and watching college basketball.
Amanda looks forward to serving on the AAF board and to helping the other board members greatly increase the AAF's presence here in the Las Vegas area.
DINA MITCHELL - VP of Marketing
Dina Mitchell is the Area Developer & Marketing director for Tropical Smoothie Cafe for Nevada, Los Angeles and Ventura. As the Area Developer & marketing director Dina is responsible for building the Tropical Smoothie Cafe brand, selecting qualified franchisees, training, real estate selection, overseeing construction, marketing and advertising. Dina has been recognized by the franchise with the prestigious 2009 Area Developer of the Year award.
Dina's background includes advertising, real estate, radio personality, acting and 3 business all before she turned 30. Dina attributes part of her success to her competitive sprit from being active in sports from a young age.
Dina is passionate about donating her time, has forged strong relationships and sits on the board as Advertising Director for local charities and community groups such as Coat's for Kids, Public Education Foundations, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Las Vegas and Camp Sunshine.
JOHN NACCARATO - VP of Student Services

John Naccarato combines his years as a marketing communication executive with his university and community college teaching to "bridge the gap" between communication theory and day-to-day practice. He has written and spoken on his content analysis research of business-to-business advertising. His past teaching includes all levels of marketing, public relations, advertising, oral, business and speech communication courses. He currently teaches in the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) sequence which covers advertising, public relations, promotion direct marketing and Interactive. His background is in the effective use of traditional and digital communication in the online and offline business economy. He has served as: Vice President, Brand Building for a global internet professional services company; Vice President-General Manager of the Interactive Division of an Integrated Marketing Communication agency; Director of Marketing for a business-to-business manufacturing company; Vice President and Account Supervisor for a traditional advertising agency; agency and client public relations executive. His experience includes: online marketing communication, web site strategy, digital brand building, online promotion, online/offline strategy integration, media strategy, advertising, public relations, direct marketing, and promotion.
About ASC: The Association of Students in Communication is an umbrella organization for local and national organizations. American Advertising Federation, International Association of Business Communicators. Public Relations Society of America, and Society of Professional Journalists. Students may affiliate with any of these organizations. Among the opportunities available is the AAF-sponsored National Student Advertising Competition. The Hank Greenspun School of Journalism and Media Studies has supported NSAC teams for many years. ASC provides students the chance to network through meetings, luncheons, mixers, and workshops. The organization brings together members with a common interest in the communications fields. According to the leaders of ASC, "The purpose of ASC is to cultivate a favorable and mutually advantageous relationship between students and communication practitioners."

Jeff Helvin brings 10 years of Internet experience, backed by a team of professionals within his organization. Previously serving on the board of another Las Vegas organization, Jeff was able to help establish a more professional image, assist in raising awareness about the organization on a local and national level, increased website visitor traffic by more than 300%, as well as assist in increasing membership and luncheon attendence.
As VP of Technology, Jeff hopes to dramatically increase the presence of the Las Vegas Chapter of the American Advertising Federation both online and offline. By enhancing the information provided to the community, as well as raising awareness of events and membership by establishing consistent communication via email and blogs, Jeff hopes to assist in doubling the current membership and strenthening the AAF Las Vegas community.

Glen Scott is a Founding Partner and Creative/Content Director at 1010 Collective, a digital branding agency whose clients include Wynn Resorts, The Smith Center for Performing Arts, 24 Hour Fitness and Bon Apetit's Vegas Uncork'd Food and Wine Festival.
Glen's work has been recognized in The One Show, National Addy's, Communication Arts, Print's Design Annual and more. Previously Glen worked as a Creative Director for Barkley in Kansas City working on Sonic Drive-Ins, 24 Hour Fitness and Helzberg Diamonds. Before heading to KC Glen was a Senior Art Director and lead creative at R&R Partners in Las Vegas working on the renowned "What Happens Here, Stays Here" campaign among others.
